EB3 Match

EB-3 candidate sourcing

Pre-screened EB-3 candidates from Asia for U.S. employers

EB3 Match finds and screens candidates from Thailand, China and other Asian countries for EB-3 positions: entry-level, skilled and professional. We work alongside the employer’s immigration counsel and never replace it.

What we bring

  • Candidates reached through our Chinese-language channel on overseas life and immigration, and our network in Thailand
  • Screening in Chinese or English before you see a résumé
  • Someone keeping candidates informed and ready through a process that takes years

How we work

  1. 1

    Source

We explain EB-3 to candidates honestly before anyone applies: what it costs, how long it takes, and how the visa bulletin backlog affects them.

  2. 2

    Pre-screen

English conversation check; fit with the actual job (duties, location, shifts, wage); an immigration-history questionnaire with anything sensitive flagged for counsel; for skilled roles, whether qualifying experience letters can be obtained.

  3. 3

    Match and interview

We present only candidates who meet the position’s actual minimum requirements. Employers interview them by video and make their own hiring decision.

  4. 4

    Support to arrival

We help candidates gather and translate documents for counsel, keep them informed through PERM, I-140 and the visa bulletin wait, and help them settle in: housing, bank account, Social Security card.

For immigration law firms

  • Pre-screened candidates for your employer clients’ EB-3 positions
  • Candidate communication in Chinese, so your team isn’t chasing documents across time zones and languages
  • Documents collected and organized the way you ask for them
  • You remain counsel. We don’t give legal advice and we don’t share in legal fees.

For employers

  • EB-3 lets you sponsor foreign workers for full-time, permanent jobs you can’t fill locally, including jobs that need no degree or experience
  • The steps: prevailing wage, local recruitment, PERM, I-140, then the visa bulletin wait. Plan in years, not months.
  • By law, PERM costs (recruitment ads and attorney fees for the labor certification) are paid by the employer
  • We handle sourcing, screening and coordination with your counsel

Where our candidates fit

Visa availability depends on the candidate’s country of birth. Thailand-born candidates fall under “All Chargeability Areas.” For China-born candidates, roles that genuinely require two years’ experience or a bachelor’s degree move years faster than Other Workers, and we tell candidates this before they commit.

Our commitments

Employers pay PERM costs. Labor certification costs are never passed on to candidates, directly or through wage deductions (20 CFR 656.12).

Nothing is for sale. Sponsorships and labor certifications can’t be bought or sold, and we never offer or accept payment for one.

Real jobs only. We present candidates only for genuine, full-time, permanent openings, and expect U.S. applicants to be considered in good faith.

Truthful documents. We turn away candidates who misrepresent their education, experience or immigration history.

No guarantees. Approval is up to DOL, USCIS and the State Department, and we say so to everyone.

Not a law firm. We give no legal advice and never share in attorneys’ fees.

About

EB3 Match was founded by Kai, who has lived in the United States, Mexico and Thailand and runs a Chinese-language channel about overseas life and immigration. The people who follow that channel are where our candidates come from: people who want a legal, long-term path to work in the U.S.
